At a fan convention, a dealer room (also dealers’ room, dealer’s room, or exhibit hall), is the part of the convention in which vendors are given space to sell wares to convention attendees. Booths are also often set up by industry members, convention guests, other conventions, and other fan organizations.
Vendors typically sell goods related to the type of fan convention. Comic Book Convention vendors typically focus on selling comic books, while Anime Convention vendors often have anime DVDs and items from Japan.
