Mayfair Games' Worldwide Settlers of Catan Championship Pre-Qualifier event gives you a chance to play the best Catan players in the Western US with the winner advancing to GenCon Indy, the biggest game show in America. You can get to GenCon playing with miniatures, too, as Privateer Press hosts a Warmachine/Hordes tournament that will bring out the best in all comers. There's several Mega Tournaments featuring popular games like 7 Wonders, Kingdom Builder, and Dominion, and winning these and other tournaments gets you Dealer Dollars to spend in the onsite dealer room! You can even spend them in Monday's giant game auction. And Gamex isn't just about games – grab a brush and try out the Paint and Take area, where miniatures, paint, and expertise are all provided!
