details The 50th annual MileHiCon will be held October 19-21 at the Hyatt Regency Tech Center-Denver. It's the largest SF literary convention in the Rocky Mountain Region, run entirely by fans, with over 100 authors and speakers in panels and programs on everything related to SF, Fantasy, and Horror. Also the largest SF/fantasy art show in the region, plus video, anime, masquerade, gaming, dealers, the Critter Crunch and Critter Floatilla (robotic combat and aquatic competitions), and more. Guests of honor: In honor of our semi-centennial convention, we have invited the guests from MileHiCon 1-49 to return. See http://www.milehicon.org for an up-to-date list of confirmed guests. Programming begins Friday afternoon and runs continuously until ca. 6 p.m. Sunday.More than 100 science fiction/fantasy/horror authors, artists and other participants will speak and autograph books at the annual MileHiCon science fiction/ fantasy/horror literary convention. For SF/F and speculative fiction lovers, it’s a weekend not to be missed. The convention will feature authors, artists, speakers and programming on every aspect of the science fiction and fantasy genres.
