Alex Mai
Alex Mai is a voice actor, director, and ADR scriptwriter born on July 24, 1992, in Jacksonville, Florida. He is a prominent figure in the Texas-based dubbing community, working extensively with major studios such as Crunchyroll (formerly Funimation), Sound Cadence Studios, and Studio Nano.
Mai is perhaps best known for taking over the lead role of Kazuya Kinoshita in the fourth season of Rent-A-Girlfriend (succeeding Aleks Le). His other major credits include voicing the protagonist Arajin Tomoshibi in the MAPPA original anime Bucchigiri?!, Akane Aoi in Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun, and the hero Manga Fukidashi (Comicman) in My Hero Academia. He has also voiced notable supporting characters like Prometheus in One Piece, Comfrey and Murisam in Dragon Ball Super, and Yun Jou in the HD-2D remake of the video game Live A Live.
