Otaku Central is pleased to announce ChibiCon, an anime and Asian culture convention to be held at the University Plaza Hotel in downtown Springfield, Friday May 27th through Sunday May 29th. Registration will begin at 2pm on Firday with opening ceremonies at 4pm. Closing ceremonies will be held at 5:00 pm Sunday. Online pre-registration is currently free at the ChibiCon website: www.chibicon.org.
