MileHiCon 49 is a weekend-long celebration of all things science fiction, fantasy, and horror. It's the largest SF literary convention in the Rocky Mountain Region, run entirely by fans, with over 100 authors and speakers in panels and programs. MileHiCon also has the largest SF/fantasy art show in the region, plus video, anime, masquerade, gaming, dealers, the Critter Crunch and Critter Floatilla (robotic combat and aquatic competitions), and more. Registration opens at noon on Friday, programming starts at 2, and runs continuously until ca. 6 pm Sunday.
