Celebrate your inner alien with stars from Star Trek, Stargate SG-1, Chuck and X-Files at Starbase Indy: The 16th Generation Dec. 9 to 11 at the Indianapolis Marriott East, 7202 E. 21st St. Check out our first ever Starfleet and Klingon battle of the bands. Listen to a Hugo Award-winning writer. Get your game on with free arcade games, create robots for robotic battles or strut your stuff in the masquerade at this Midwest science fiction convention. Stop in for sessions on science and science. Try gaming or Klingon karaoke. Drop by the Con Suite for munchies and to hang out with fellow fans. Let the little ones build their own tribbles. Starbase Indy will be taking donations for its charities, Cat’s Haven, Jason’s Foundation and LUNGevity. Registration is $40 (at-door $45) for the three-day weekend.
