Wauke-Con 2023

Celebrate the world of comic books at Wauke-Con, Waukegan's own comic book convention located at 221 N. Genesee St. in the historic Three Brothers Theatre. This two-day event, happening on September 30 and October 1, from 12 PM to 6 PM, welcomes comic book enthusiasts and aspiring artists alike. Dive deep into the universe of your favorite superheroes, meet creative artists, browse through countless comics, and participate in riveting discussions with fellow fans. This year, we pay homage to Waukegan's renowned son, Ray Bradbury. In his honor, we are hosting a special raffle featuring a comic book signed by Bradbury himself. Please join us in supporting our local arts community; all proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the Three Brothers Theatre.
