Each January for over 30 years, the Arisia convention has brought together fans from around the world to celebrate the best and brightest stars in the science fiction and fantasy genres. Based in Boston, our four-day volunteer-run con features unique entertainment and learning opportunities that led to Arisia winning the title of Best Fan Gathering in the "Best in Boston" awards for 2016!Here is a small sample of what we have to offer: More than 400 hours of panels and workshops Concerts, dances, and performances Video and tabletop gaming, and live-action roleplaying A Dealers' Room and a world-class Art Show each with more than 50 vendors A Masquerade with entries from Project Cosplay youngsters through award-winning mastersArisia is produced by Arisia, Inc., a volunteer-run, 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote science fiction and fantasy.
