Nazia Chaudhry is a multi-award winning voiceover artist, on camera actor, producer, singer, and educator with a performance career spanning well over 25 years. From singing to selling, to the special way each story needs telling, Nazia is known for voicing many of your anime favorites, such as Ava’s Mom in Pokémon: Path to the Peak, Nyla Bertran in Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury, Shimoda in The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie and TV Series, Misaki Tanabe in Wonder Egg Priority, Lily’s Mom in Saint Cecilia & Pastor Lawrence, Nambia in Attack on Titan: The Final Season, Tohru’s Aunt in Fruits Basket, Miss Apsara in Rosario + Vampire Capu2, Mina in Black Butler, April in Darker Than Black, and so much more.
Currently, Nazia is working on a new top secret Disney animated series and has recently voiced characters in Bread Barbershop (Netflix), Spidey and his Amazing Friends (Disney), and The Twisted Timeline of Sammy & Raj (Nickelodeon International). Other credits include: Crunchyroll, SXSW Film Festival, NBC, ABC, Cartoon Network, Pandora, HULU, iHeart, GraphicAudio, and PBS.
Nazia has an undergraduate degree concentrated in opera and her master’s degree in jazz voice. Her debut jazz album, Time After, landed at #1 on CMJs Top Jazz Adds Chart, while also topping on CMJ’s Top 40 Jazz Charts. You can hear her critically acclaimed debut jazz album on Pandora, iTunes, and other online streaming services. Naz has toured nationally and internationally throughout her career, & performed alongside GRAMMY Award-winning musicians Bobby McFerrin and Nestor Torres. She also performed with legendary actor/singers Clifton Davis & Harry Belafonte. Other singing credits include: The Kennedy Center, London Symphony Orchestra, Jazz Orchestra Atlanta, Georgia Symphony Orchestra Jazz, Rialto Center for the Arts, & RFK Stadium.
