SewExtra Cosplay

Audrey Grout aka SewExtra Cosplay has been cosplaying since 2019 but has been sewing costumes theatrically since 2013. With a background in both costume production and theatrical performance, she has worked on numerous shows in Western New York both onstage and backstage but has found her home at conventions. Working with her trusty sewing machine, Audrey has brought some of her favorite characters to life including Princess Mononoke, Daisy Mae, Edelgard, Sonia Nevermind, Malon, Zelda, and many more. She is also no stranger to the abnormal and has created comical twists on characters including Business Mothman, Bunny Suit Ghostface and Maid Michael Myers. When she is not sewing and creating she can be found playing Fire Emblem or Legend of Zelda, practicing American Sign Language, or snuggling with her cats and chinchilla.
