Rachel Robinson
Since 2000, the born-and-raised-in-Los-Angeles-because-someone-had-to-be Rachel Robinson’s voice, known for villains, authority figures and various accented heavies, has spanned the spectrum of video games, animation, national commercials, promos and anime. She’s best known for her role as saucy Aussie Oerba Yun Fang of Final Fantasy XIII, XIII-2 and Lightning Returns. She voices robot ADA in Automatron, the first Fallout 4 DLC, Protoss matriarch Vorazun, in StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void, Goetia in Xenoblade Chronicles X, Nova in There Came an Echo, Time Patroller in DBZ: Xenoverse; and Serqet, Medusa and Awilix skins in Smite. In anime, she voices Hiroko Katsuki in Yuri on Ice and is in One Piece as Kikyo, as well as the eerie clan of Black Butler: Book of Circus as Wendy. Eternal Summer, various additional roles in Attack on Titan, Space Dandy, Terror in Resonance, Tokyo Ghoul, Yurikuma Arashi, Prison School, Sky Wizards Academy, Blood Blockade Battlefront, Ultimate Otaku Teacher, Death Parade, and many other titles with more in the pipeline. In other arenas, she has also voiced a couple of bitchy high school girls (American Dad!), Mary, Mother of Jesus in ‘Universal Remote’ and mismatched celebrities Pamela Anderson and Verne Troyer in Celebrity Death Match (same episode, different death matches.) Rachel tapped into the world of ADR localization in early 2015; getting her feet wet with several episodes of Kamisama Kiss II; and was on the writing staff of Show By Rock!!, Snow White with the Red Hair and an as yet still hush-hush major upcoming release, with, again, more upcoming. She also freelance writes, sings, and paints. Portraits or walls. She has a BFA from Syracuse University in Film, is a classically trained pianist, an excellent driver, knows the military alphabet, and does a mean Katharine Hepburn impression. Accurate mean, not mean-mean.
