Starbase Indy 2020

2020 has been a momentous and difficult year for America and the world at large. We hope that everyone who has attended Starbase Indy – past, present or future – is safe and well as we move into summer. As you may have guessed, Starbase Indy’s board of directors has come to the sad conclusion that we must cancel the 2020 convention. While the details surrounding Covid-19 are changing rapidly, no one can guess where we might be by November. The process of planning and running a convention is a long one and for this reason we feel now is the appropriate time to err on the side of caution for the health of our attendees, guests, entertainers, vendors, artisans, volunteers and staff. Creating this event is a great responsibility and we are very aware of our need to protect people as well as preserve the financial future of the convention.
